The Delta Boys strive to create theater that is grounded in what is and takes place in real time and space. We are constantly reviving, changing, and unfixed.

Our process is regenerative.  We are committed to direct and generous communication. We actively embrace synthesis and dissonance.

The Delta Boys was founded in 2007 by Lucius Robinson and Noah Putterman. Delta Boys has been recognized by the Independent Weekly in their annual Best Of Theater publications for Howie The Rookie (Best Lead Performance, Best Director, Best Production 2008), The Cherry Orchard (Best Lead Performance 2009), Molly Sweeney (Best Lead Performance, Best Supporting Performance 2011), and Titus Andronicus (Best Lead Performance, Best Design, Best Direction).

January 6-9 at Manbites Dog Theater

Someone sneezes. Someone can’t get a signal. Someone won’t answer the door. Someone put an elephant on the stairs. Someone’s not ready to talk. Someone is her brother’s mother. Someone hates irrational numbers. Someone told the police. Someone got a message from the traffic light. Someone’s never felt like this before. In this fast moving kaleidoscope, more than a hundred characters try to make sense of what they know.
